What do we do?

At Caroline's Cards we will copy your artwork by either flatbed scanner or digital camera, then reproduce, to your satisfaction:-Greetings cards, Fine art prints, Photographic prints, Notelets, Headed paper, Compliments slips, Business cards and Postcards.

How do we do it?

We scan or photograph your original artwork or use your digital image, set it up as per your requirements of size and layout. Colour match it and then produce a sample card or print to let you compare it to the original before you decide how many you wish to order. It is very important at this stage to check thoroughly the text, layout and colours as this will be used for your final order.

How do you get your Artwork to us?

You can visit in person, by appointment only please, so we can give you the time it deserves without interruption.

You can send artwork by post, we recommend insuring it and packaging with extreme care.

Digital files - preferably jpeg or TIFF files with artwork scanned at 300DPI, or photographed at a high resolution option (depending on your camera) either by CD or email.

How much does it cost?

For each image there is a one off set up fee of £3.00 to scan and edit

We charge for each sample, plus any postage costs incurred.

How many do I need to order?

We have no minimum order quantities except on postcards and business cards, so if you only want 2 or 3 each of 10 different images to see which work and show them around, then that's all you order, the price stays the same!

When and how do I pay?

At the point of ordering we issue an invoice for payment at that time.

This can be by cheque, cash, PayPal, BAC's payment or most major debit/credit cards

( a 2% surcharge will be applied to all cards).

No order will be started until cleared payment has been received.

How long does it take?

Samples usually take a week to produce and orders from approved samples take a further 10 days, however we will do our best to fit in with your timescale's wherever possible. The lead times are often longer at peak times such as Christmas, so leave plenty of time for your Christmas cards ( September is good to be ordering your Christmas cards!)

What if something goes wrong?

If for some unfortunate reason, something does go wrong, please let us know straight away so we can do our best to put it right for you.

How do I reorder?

Simply phone or email your order with the details, especially envelope colours and we will invoice you as normal. We keep your designs on file and on a separate back up for as long as you wish us to do so.
